How every part of Caribooks works, from connecting QuickBooks the first time to the loops Autopilot runs for you.

Getting started

  • How Caribooks works

Caribooks connects QuickBooks Online to Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. You set it up in the portal and work in your assistant.

  • Account and sign-in

Create your account and sign in with an email link, a code, Google or Microsoft. No password. How team invitations and signing out work.

  • Connect QuickBooks

Connect your QuickBooks Online companies through Intuit, choose read-only or full access, reconnect when Intuit asks, and disconnect.

  • Add Caribooks to your assistant

Add the Caribooks connector to Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, authorize it, and set Claude to read without asking each time.

With your assistant

  • What your assistant can do

The reports, records, attachments, rules and loops your assistant reaches through Caribooks, and how to ask for them.

  • Access and confirmations

Read-only or full access per company, the confirmations deletes, voids and emails need, and what Caribooks never does on its own.

  • Skills

Skills are instructions you upload to Claude or ChatGPT once, so a one-sentence request becomes a full management report, month-end review or payables run.

  • The document box

Every receipt, invoice and statement you drop or forward lands here. Caribooks reads it, sorts it to a company and keeps it until it is attached.

  • Receiving addresses and drop links

Email documents to your box's address or share its drop link. With several companies, each has its own, and what comes through goes straight to it.

Autopilot

  • Autopilot

Caribooks doing bookkeeping work on its own, company by company, through loops you write and changes you approve.

  • Loops

Write recurring bookkeeping work in one sentence or take it from the library, set when it runs, and follow each run.

  • Approvals

Every change waiting for your yes, with its evidence, and every change already decided, with its Undo.

  • Rules

Tell Caribooks once how a company's books are kept, and every loop and your assistant read it from then on.

  • Vendors and mailboxes

Connect the mailbox your vendors' invoices arrive in, or a vendor portal, and Caribooks brings each vendor's invoices into the document box.

  • Expense claims

People your companies reimburse get a private page and address for receipts and car trips. Each claim waits in Approvals and becomes one bill to them.

Your account

  • Plans and billing

The 14-day trial, Connector and Autopilot prices, yearly billing, changing or cancelling your plan, and what happens when a payment fails.

  • Team

Invite colleagues to work in your account with their own sign-in, what members can and cannot do, and requests to join a company already connected.

  • Email summary

The email Caribooks sends when something needs you, how often each company sends it, who receives it, and the other emails Caribooks sends.

  • Referrals

Share your link, earn 20% of what the accounts you bring in pay, every month they stay. Earnings reduce your own bill first; the rest is paid out.

  • Security and privacy

How Caribooks protects your QuickBooks access, what it keeps and for how long, which AI models read your documents, and how to disconnect or delete it all.

  • Troubleshooting

What the common messages in the portal and in your assistant mean, and what to do about each, plus how to reach us.
