The service
Caribooks is a connector linking your QuickBooks Online account to the AI assistant of your choice (Claude or ChatGPT). The service is provided by Peich Technologies Inc., a Quebec corporation.
Your account and your data
You remain responsible for your QuickBooks account and for the actions your AI assistant performs with the access you grant it. Every connection starts read-only; enabling write access is your decision. You can disconnect a company at any time.
Subscription and trial
The free trial lasts 14 days. The subscription is billed monthly per connected company, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Answers generated by an AI assistant can contain errors: verify any significant entry or accounting decision with your accountant. To the extent permitted by law, Peich Technologies' liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the district of Montréal.
