Pricing questions, answered

What counts as a company?

One QuickBooks Online company file. Free covers one, Connector up to five, Autopilot is priced per company you switch it on for. US visitors are billed in US dollars and Canadian visitors in Canadian dollars; Checkout shows which before you pay.

What happens when I reach 50 reads?

The assistant tells you, in the conversation, and points to the portal. Reads resume on the first of the month, or at once on Connector or Autopilot. Nothing is charged until you choose one. One question is usually one read; a report is one read too.

What is the difference between Free and Connector?

The number of companies and the number of questions, nothing else. Both tiers carry all 221 tools, in Claude and in ChatGPT alike. Free covers one company and 50 reads a month; Connector covers five, with no quota.

What does Autopilot add?

It works without being asked: at the hour you set, it reads the books, files the receipts you dropped off and proposes each entry with the document behind it. You approve or reject, from the portal or from the daily email. Nothing is written to your books without your say-so.

How does the trial work?

Autopilot is on for 14 days on every company you connect, no credit card. When it ends, your loops pause and everything you built is kept; the connector stays free. Switch Autopilot on in Settings whenever you want the loops back. Nothing is ever charged silently.

Can I put Autopilot on one company and not the others?

Yes. Autopilot is a switch per company in Settings. The companies you leave off keep the connector without limit, at no extra charge, however many there are.

What does a firm pay?

$99 per client company from the third one, so three clients on Autopilot are $297 a month. Ten clients or more is a conversation: the price depends on how busy the files are, and we would rather set it with you than print a number that fits nobody.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from the portal, in two clicks. Access stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Switching Autopilot off a company is the same: it takes effect on your next invoice, prorated. No cancellation call, no retention script.

Which QuickBooks versions work?

QuickBooks Online, US and Canadian companies alike. QuickBooks Desktop doesn't expose the API Caribooks uses, so it's not supported.

Who can write to my books?

No one, until you switch a company from read-only to full access yourself. A loop never deletes, voids or sends on its own, and every change it makes has an Undo.
