What counts as a company?
One QuickBooks Online company file. The Connector covers 1, 5, 10 or 25 companies for $39, $99, $199 or $399 a month. Autopilot bundles cover the same company counts. Checkout confirms the currency: CAD in Canada, USD elsewhere.
Is there a read limit?
Paid plans have no monthly read quota per account. QuickBooks technical limits still apply.
What is the difference between the Connector plans?
The company count: one for $39/month, up to 5 for $99, 10 for $199 or 25 for $399. All include the whole QuickBooks ledger in Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot (220 tools, grouped into 23 for Copilot), with no read quota. Writes stay off until you enable them.
What does Autopilot add?
It works without being asked. It collects your vendors' invoices from your mailbox and from their vendor portals. At the hour you set, its loops read the books, file the receipts and propose each entry with the document behind it, following the rules you stated once. You approve or reject, from the portal or from the daily email. Nothing is written to your books without your say-so.
Is paying by the year cheaper?
Yes: a year costs ten months, so two months free. For example, the Connector for one company is $390 a year instead of $468, and Autopilot $1,490 instead of $1,788. The choice applies to the whole subscription, bundles and extra companies included.
How does the trial work?
The 14-day trial starts when you connect your first QuickBooks company. It includes the connector and Autopilot on companies you add during that period. Choose a subscription to continue afterward. Without one, access pauses; your connections and routines are kept. No card is required and the trial never converts to a charge automatically.
Can I put Autopilot on one company and not the others?
Yes. Choose your bundle and its Autopilot companies in Settings. Those companies include the connector. For other companies, add connector coverage, from $39/month for one company to $399 for 25, on the same invoice.
What does a firm pay?
Autopilot bundles are $299/month for up to 5 companies, $499 for 10 or $999 for 25. You reserve the whole bundle, even while slots are empty. Past 25, each company is added to the 25 bundle and costs a little less than the one before: from $28 down to $14 a month on Autopilot, from $11 down to $5 on the connector alone. For example, 350 companies on the connector cost $2,924 a month. Paying by the year gets you two months free.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel in Caribooks Settings. To change plans, Settings shows your monthly total before confirmation and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Removing a company from Autopilot frees a slot; it does not reduce the bundle price.
Which QuickBooks versions work?
QuickBooks Online, US and Canadian companies alike. QuickBooks Desktop doesn't expose the API Caribooks uses, so it's not supported.
Who can write to my books?
No one, until you switch a company from read-only to full access yourself. A loop never deletes, voids or sends on its own, and every change it makes has an Undo.
