Talk to your books.
Caribooks connects QuickBooks Online to Claude and ChatGPT. Ask questions, but more importantly delegate the work: invoices, estimates, expenses, journal entries, your assistant creates and files them for you.
→ Your accounting data is never stored on our servers.

“Create the invoice” · “File the receipts” · “Chase the overdue invoices” · “Draft the estimate” · “Pull the profit and loss” · “Record the payment”
Watch it work
Which invoices are overdue? Politely chase the ones past 30 days.
Three invoices are overdue, totalling $9,542.95:
| Boulangerie St-Roch | $2,450.00 | 32 d |
| Clinique Lavoie | $4,892.95 | 45 d |
| Atelier Nordik | $2,200.00 | 61 d |
I drafted a reminder tuned to each one: courteous for the first two, firmer for Atelier Nordik (61 days). Send them?
Yes, send them.
✓ Three reminders sent.

Caribooks stores none of your accounting data, and your books don't feed model training: Anthropic excludes connector data from training, and one setting covers the rest on ChatGPT. Their published policies say so in black and white, links included.

“What do you keep?”
Three things: your account email, your company names and your QuickBooks tokens, AES-256 encrypted and hosted in Canada (AWS Montréal region). The token is what connects your QuickBooks to your assistant: the access key Intuit issues when you connect a company, never your password. It only opens your books, and you can revoke it at any time. Your accounting data itself flows encrypted from QuickBooks to your assistant, and none of it stays with us.
“Does Claude train on my books?”
No. Anthropic excludes connector content, including MCP servers like Caribooks, from model training: on every plan, free included, whatever your settings.
Anthropic's policy ↗“What about ChatGPT?”
Not on Business, Enterprise or Edu plans. On a personal account, turn off “Improve the model for everyone” under Settings → Data Controls, and your conversations are no longer used for training.
OpenAI's policy ↗“Who can write to my books?”
No one, until you enable write access, company by company. Every delete requires a confirmation.
