Invoices that never reach your inbox.
Your utility, your phone carrier, half your software subscriptions: some vendors never email the invoice. It sits on their website, behind your password, and someone has to sign in every month to download it. Sign in once with Caribooks, and it goes back on its own and brings the new PDFs to your document box.

How it works
- 01
Sign in once
Add the vendor and its sign-in page, then sign in yourself in a hosted browser, on a computer. You type the password and any verification code; recording is off.
- 02
Caribooks learns the way to the invoices
It finds the billing page, downloads a sample invoice and tests the steps. You check the sample and finish the setup.
- 03
It goes back on schedule
Every week, month, quarter or year, or whenever you ask. Each run files the new PDF invoices in the company's document box and skips the ones it already has.
What it does
- Keeps the vendor's session, and asks you to sign in again only when the vendor requires it.
- Files up to 12 downloadable PDF invoices per run, never the same one twice.
- Hands them to your assistant and your loops like any other document in the box.
- Marks a portal that stops working with Fix portal, so a broken one never goes unnoticed.
What it doesn't do
- Create or pay a bill. A portal collects invoices; attaching them is your assistant's job, or a loop's.
- Keep your password. You type it yourself in the hosted browser; what Caribooks keeps is the signed-in session.
- Work on every site the first time. Some portals need your guidance during setup, which finishes only once the steps have passed a test.
- Collect an invoice that is only shown on screen. It takes downloadable PDFs.

Questions
Which vendors work?
Sites where you sign in and download PDF invoices: utilities, telecoms, software, suppliers' customer portals. Setup tests the steps on the real site before it finishes, so you know right away.
What if the vendor asks for a code at every sign-in?
Caribooks asks you to sign in again only when the vendor requires it. A vendor that wants a fresh code on every visit will ask you each time.
Who sees what's on the vendor's site?
To find its way, Caribooks sends the vendor's pages (their buttons, links and screenshots) and the invoice text to its AI provider. Browser recording is off, and disconnecting a portal removes the saved session.
