Connect QuickBooks
Sign in with Intuit and pick the company. Caribooks keeps the access encrypted and reads the books only when your assistant asks.

Add Caribooks to your assistant
In Claude and ChatGPT it is a connector. Microsoft Copilot Studio gets a smaller address built for its tool limit. The setup page shows each one.

Ask
Reports, searches and any record: invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, customers, items. With full access, the assistant creates and corrects them too.
What it does
- Runs QuickBooks' own reports for any period: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, aging, sales tax, budget against actuals.
- Searches and reads every record type QuickBooks opens to apps.
- Creates and updates transactions and lists on companies with full access.
- Works across several companies; you name the one you mean.
What it doesn't do
- Delete or void without asking. It asks you about that specific record first.
- Email an invoice from the chat. The email waits in Approvals until you click to send it.
- Move money or process a card. A payment it records is an entry in the books.
- Work with QuickBooks Desktop. QuickBooks Online only.

Questions
Can it break my books?
Each company starts read-only. With full access, an update starts from the record's current version, so it never overwrites a change someone made in QuickBooks meanwhile, and deletes and voids wait for your yes.
Do I have to write prompts?
No, plain sentences work. The portal also has ready-made prompts (a management report, a month-end close, a payables run) that you copy into the chat.
Does it work in French?
Yes. Ask in French or English and the assistant answers in the language you wrote in.
What is the "QuickBooks MCP" I see elsewhere?
MCP is the standard assistants use to reach other software. Caribooks is a hosted MCP server for QuickBooks; the developer page has the technical details.
